Role Summary:
Support the charity’s outreach sessions by engaging with the community, promoting energy-efficiency advice, and helping individuals understand practical ways to reduce energy costs and improve household wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend outreach sessions in the community as part of the charity team
  • Speak with service users about energy-saving tips and available support
  • Provide simple guidance on reducing bills, improving home efficiency, and understanding energy usage
  • Signpost individuals to relevant schemes, grants, or further support when needed
  • Distribute leaflets, resources, and energy-efficiency information
  • Build trust with community members and represent the charity professionally
  • Record basic feedback or concerns and pass them to senior staff for follow-up

Skills & Qualities:
Friendly and approachable, good communicator, confident engaging with the public, patient, reliable, and passionate about helping others reduce energy costs.
