Hours: Minimum 2 hours per week
Role Summary:
Support the day-to-day running of the charity shop by providing excellent customer service and helping maintain a welcoming, organised retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in-store
  • Operate the till and handle cash/card payments
  • Sort, price and display donated items, stock control, window display refresh weekly
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and tidy displays

Skills & Qualities:
Friendly, reliable, good communication skills, happy to work in a team.
