Hours: Minimum 2 hours per week

Role Summary:
Support the smooth running of UKeff’s Food Aid Hub by helping distribute food parcels and offering compassionate assistance to individuals and families experiencing hardship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sort, pack, and distribute food parcels, give out clothing vouchers
• Welcome service users and provide supportive, respectful assistance
• Help maintain clean, organised storage and distribution areas
• Monitor stock levels and assist with unloading food items
• Work collaboratively with the team to log food parcels
